Peter’s Food Services are currently recruiting for Production Operators and Packing Operatives at our large food manufacturing site based in Caerphilly.

These roles are permanent following the probation period and candidates will receive full training as required.

Here at Peter’s, we offer a competitive salary and :

21 days paid leave plus an additional 8 days for Bank Holidays on starting, increasing through length of service.

Overtime available and paid at time and a half.

8 hour shifts

40-minute paid breaks per shift.

Company sick pay scheme (Eligibility criteria applies)

Subsided on site restaurant plus vending.

All PPE supplied.

Hours of work
Production. 8-hour Shifts.
Days. Monday – Friday. 5.45am – 1.45pm Rota
Afternoons. Monday – Friday. 1.35pm – 9.35pm Rota
Also perm Afternoon Monday – Friday 1.35pm – 9.35pm
Packing. 8-hour Shifts.
Days. Monday – Friday. 7.15am – 3.15pm Rota
Afternoons. Monday – Friday. 3.10pm – 11.10pm Rota
The shift pattern rotation is 2 weeks on day shifts and 1 week on afternoon shifts.
