Using botanicals that are foraged locally from within the Dyfi biosphere, brothers and master gin makers Pete and Danny Cameron have created some special gins at their little distillery in Corris.
Established in 2016 Dyfi Distillery creates a range of artisan gins with a genuine sense of place. Drawing on many years of local foraging, experimental science and professional wine and spirits experience, they create artisan, expressive gins by hand, which genuinely reflect the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve where they are produced. As a wholly family-owned and run distillery, they aim to work not only meticulously but also sustainably.
