The Parsnipship is an independent and artisan food producer, creating unique and original vegetarian and vegan food in Ogmore Vale, Bridgend. Their hand crafted award winning products are sold at farmers markets, food fairs, festivals and events, and they also supply farm shops, delis, cafés, and restaurants.

After years of being disappointed at the available options for vegetarians and vegans when eating out, Ben Moss and Flo Ticehurst were inspired to start The
