It’s been three years since we last opened our doors to budding food and drink newbies at the Royal Welsh Show. Now it’s your turn to see how you can plough your own furrow and bag that exciting and rewarding vocation.

Food & Drink Careers Hub cookery masterclasses
Food specialist Nerys Howell will be running a series of Blas y Tir potato cookery workshops for primary school aged children at 10am and all ages at 12pm and 3pm in the Clwyd Glamorgan Building every day during the Royal Welsh Show.
There will also be a Welsh cheese lovers’ masterclass with David Edwards from Menter a Busnes taking place on Monday 18 July at 4.15pm.

A true insight into the Welsh dairy sector and also a chance to learn a new vocabulary on how to describe cheese. |
