Job Description

Wild Horse Brewing Co is a small, independent, growing business based in the seaside town of Llandudno on the North Wales coast. Now in our eighth year, we have an incredibly passionate team who have a focus on producing modern craft beer with balance, drinkability and flavour. We see a big local demand for our two core beers (a Session IPA and a lager) which we brew alongside a range of regular, seasonal and one-off brews. Over the last 12 months, and following expansion early this year, the business has grown by 38% and we plan to continue to grow the business next year and beyond.

Due to an existing Brewer moving on to pursue a new opportunity, we are looking for a person with proven experience of brewing and packaging beer commercially who can hit the ground running. We are looking for someone with a passion for craft beer who is a team player and able to work productively whilst meeting our high quality standards. This role will report to our Head Brewer and will require you to oversee and mentor more junior members of the production team.

Wild Horse Brewing Co is an Equal Opportunities, inclusive employer and we welcome everyone from any background, ethnic or national origin, or gender orientation. Our team is passionate and proud about what we do and works hard to achieve the business’ goals. The welfare and wellbeing of our staff is of utmost importance to us.
