Job Description

·       Working with the team to ensure the plan is achieved

·       Ensure components are received on time in the kitchen and decant window area’s

·       Ensure quality standards are achieved

·       Ensure that the Materials team is supplying a high quality service to the customer, HC Lines

·       Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed to required standards and in a timely manner

·       Ensure all product components are transferred correctly through to high care Transfer to chiller and store in an orderly manner

·       Empty ovens and transfer to blast/chiller and fill in all relevant paper work

·       Emptying boilers of cooked product

  • Follow correct procedure for any components transferred from low care via boxes

·       Label batch code, product code/name and correct colored product tag

  • Tin opener operation-Fill ATP positive release documentation

·       Operation of texture modifier, mashed potato ricer and use of lift

·       B2 mixing

  • Ensure compliance of clean as you go / good housekeeping standards
  • Report immediately any equipment which is faulty, mark as faulty and do not use
  • Attend training courses and meetings as necessary to maintain standards and assist in carrying out the job role efficiently
  • Provide cover in other areas in times of sickness and holidays when requested by the shift manager / supervisor
  • To attend any reasonable management request
  • Control of waste
  • Consistent product appearance and quality.
  • To strive to achieve plan attainment whilst complying with quality and technical standards
  • Timely and accurate completion of production paperwork
  • Flexibility – To train in all areas of the Materials team

Additional Information

Days = Mon to Friday 40 hours: 6am-2pm
Afternoons = Mon to Thurs 32 hours: 2pm to 10pm
