Job Description

We are recruiting for a HR Advisor to join our team at our Llangefni Site. In this position you will be a key member of the HR Team, effectively supporting the business and our employees by managing the ER Casework, disciplinaries and grievances and investigations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage ER cases, disciplinaries, grievances, absences and investigations
  • Provide any support across the HR team on a range of duties and projects
  • Outstanding administrative skills and a proven ability to work pro-actively
  • You will therefore need to have previous experience of working within an office environment, be computer literate and confident on the telephone, drafting relevant correspondence including emails and minute taking

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent, demonstrable HR/Customer Service experience is essential
  • CIPD Level 3 or actively working towards this
  • Experience in a HR position within a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Experience managing ER casework
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • High level of IT skills, including MS Office, Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Ability to ‘think outside the box’ when under pressure
  • Excellent planning and organising skills
  • Adaptable and capable of multi-tasking in a fast moving environment
  • Excellent communication skills especially via the telephone and email
