‘Wales. A Food Destination’ is a project which sits within Food Skills Cymru specialising in supporting retail and hospitality businesses to source, serve and sell Welsh food and drink. The project offers:

• Free one to one consultations/professional advice at your premises or local surgeries
• Advice on where and how to source local food and drink
• Workshops on menu planning and how to keep ahead of the game with latest trends
• Workshops on how to tell and sell the local food story
• ‘Welsh on the menu’ workshop – how the use of Welsh language can attract more customers
• Demonstration on traditional and contemporary Welsh recipes
• Workshops on breakfast ideas with demonstrations
• Bespoke workshops designed according with your company’s requirements
