‘Wales. A Food Destination’ is a project which sits within Food Skills Cymru specialising in supporting retail and hospitality businesses to source, serve and sell Welsh food and drink. The project offers:
- Free one to one consultations/professional advice at your premises or local surgeries
- Advice on where and how to source local food and drink
- Workshops on menu planning and how to keep ahead of the game with latest trends
- Workshops on how to tell and sell the local food story
- ‘Welsh on the menu’ workshop – how the use of Welsh language can attract more customers
- Demonstration on traditional and contemporary Welsh recipes
- Workshops on breakfast ideas with demonstrations
- Bespoke workshops designed according with your company’s requirements
