Bryn Tyrch Inn

Situated in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park, with views of Snowdon and Moel Siabod, the Bryn Tyrch Inn is a family run business that has been refurbished over the last ten years taking it to an AA and Visit Wales 4-star inn rating. Also it has been voted A.A. Welsh Pub of the  Year 2017/18.

Their aim is to provide simple freshly prepared food utilising local produce where possible.  The bar is stocked with local ales like Clogwyn Gold and Welsh produced spirits such as an Aber Falls Gins. Having met the owners at a Meet the Producer event we visited the premises and provided advice on areas such as the use of the Welsh language, local sourcing, recipe ideas, latest food trends, menu development, marketing and welcome trays. Many of these ideas have now been incorporated and we were delighted to see the use of local spirits and soft drinks on the new cocktail menus.
