St Fagans
St Fagans National Museum of History is one of Wales’s most popular heritage attraction for many years and they pride themselves in providing good quality food, cooked on site using local, Welsh products whenever possible.
We worked with the museum on their sourcing policy and advised on menu development concentrating on the use of traditional recipes. We provided a list of tried and tested traditional Welsh recipes and included a modern version where appropriate. Many of the recipes were tested by the chefs and introduced on the daily menus with Anglesey Eggs and faggots and peas now a staple favourite!
