Trainee Master Butchers

Duties:

  • Your role will be to work on a fast paced production line training to become a Master Butcher.
  • The position is a highly sort after role to join the Butchery Academy as the vacancies are very limited. Your job is to manually remove the breast meat from the product for the trimming lines.
  • No essential skills are required, training is on the job delivered by a Master Butcher.

Working Hours:  Week 1 Monday – Thursday 14.00-22.00 and Friday 9.00-17.00

 Week 2 Sunday – Thursday 05.30am-13.30pm

Skills:
